TinSil Spray 25 is a 1A:10B mix, sprayable or brushable tin silicone rubber that cures to a mid-range hardness of Shore A~25.

Upon mixing, this rubber becomes creamy and thixotropic so it can be applied by brush or sprayed onto vertical surfaces to make thin blanket molds of complex masters or originals.

TinSil Spray 25 molds can be sprayed in a single application using low-cost, portable Plas-Pak spray equipment or more sophisticated, higher volume spray systems.

TinSil Spray 25 molds are great for casting all media including polyester, polyurethane and epoxy resins as well as plaster, concrete and wax. No release agents needed for most applications. Packaged in spray cartridge ready for Plas-Pak gun. Does not include gun or static mixer.
