UK Deliveries - If you order before 12PM and select Next Day at checkout you will receive next (business) day delivery. We do offer timed and Saturday delivery, if you need this service feel free to give us a call on 01638 750679.

Same Day Deliveries - Only for London based film productions and companies nearby. Get in touch with us on 01638 750679 / 07508 0088 666. Cut off is 9am to ensure we can pack and deliver in time.

We do not offer same day deliveries on weekends.

EU Customers - Shipping costs vary, This will be calculated when your full address has been entered. We advise you give us your contact number as the driver may need to contact you. All duties and taxes are included before arrival and send DDP Delivery Duty Paid.

United States - All our shipments are sent with DHL express if you prefer to email info@mouldlife.co.uk we can send a proforma/quote for payment. No duties charged on orders under £800. Please note we are unable to ship flammable materials from the UK site.

For larger shipments over £800 please email and we can quote and advise on duties.

Hazardous / Flammable Materials  - We are able to ship hazardous items in the UK and internationally. If you are collecting please ensure your courier specialises in shipping hazardous goods. We can provide Dangerous goods paperwork to avoid any delays.

Click & Collect - Usually ready the next working day, please let us know if you have a specific time it needs to be collected by, we will confirm if this is ok. If you are an international customer and would like to use your own courier please put a comment in the notes so we can let you know when it's ready for collection.
