When will I get my delivery?
If you ordered with a next day service before 1pm, you should receive your goods the next working day. Please note this can be affected by bank holidays.
On the 2-3 day service you should receive your goods within 2-3 working days, very latest.

For International orders depending on delivery it can take up to 4 days – 2 weeks to arrive. If you’re unsure feel free to get in touch - we’d be happy to give you a time frame. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched which should give you an estimated delivery date.
What payment terms can I use at checkout?
We have a few payment options. You can pay by PayPal, Credit/bank card (sage pay) or Bank transfer. If you would like to pay by Bank Transfer you would need to email email@example.com with the list of items and the team will send over a proforma invoice with the bank details.
How do I return an item?
If you would like to return your item please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason why and we will send over a returns form.
How long does a refund/return take to arrive in my bank?
Once received and checked the refund should take up to 1 week.
How long do I have to return my goods?
Whether you’ve changed your mind or no longer need the goods you’re bale to return your goods to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date delivered. All costs incurred in returning the product will be at the buyers expense. We are happy for you to use your own postal service/courier to return to our warehouse but items must be a resalable condition
• Custom cut fabrics are non-refundable
• All containers must be sealed
What do I do if I need to cancel my order?
As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within the time period of it being dispatched. Please get in touch as soon as possible as the goods can be shipped within a couple of hours after being purchased. Unfortunately if the goods are have already been dispatched you would need to go through the returns process.
My order has arrived damaged or is faulty, what do I do?
In the unfortunate event that your delivery has arrived damaged or faulty please get in touch right away. Please contact email@example.com or +44(0)1638 750679 Please state your order number and the issue with the product.
