Made from polyurethane, Obomodulan® is homogeneous with a superior fine cell structure. It provides smooth surfaces with high edge strength enabling precise definition, low coefficient of thermal expansion, free machining characteristics to ensure low tool wear, low dust generation when machining and physiologically harmless. 

We stock densities between 200 and 1600 kg/m³ and the largest comprehensive selection of standard board dimensions up to 2000 x 1000 x 200 mm – depending on type and density. OBO-Werke have been making PU styling / modelling / tooling boards since the mid 1980’s gaining a wealth of experience and reputation as the market leader. Obomodulan® succeeds in the economical  manufacture of design studies, data control models, master models, architectural models, laminating models / moulds, vacuum forming moulds, foundry patterns, checking fixtures & gauges, core boxes, hammer forms and pressing tools.

Our boards can be filled and sealed with most types of material, our expansive product portfolio allows us to support with these and most suitable options for adhering the boards.
