Opta-Clear is a professional two-part water-clear polyurethane casting resin system designed for rapid prototyping, encapsulation, object embedding, decorative castings and transparent display pieces. The system cures optically clear with excellent detail reproduction, low shrinkage and a high-gloss finish.

Featuring a common isocyanate with multiple cure speeds, Opta-Clear provides improved exotherm control depending on casting thickness, with Medium and Fast options available for different applications.

Recommended Use

For best results:

• Process at 20–25°C

• Use clean, dry moulds

• Vacuum degassing recommended for maximum clarity

Suitable for use with silicone moulds and compatible with polyurethane pigments and special effect fillers.
