Polyurethane Foams
Mouldlife | PS has a range of polyurethane expanding foams which has been carefully selected to provide our customers with a wide range of materials useful for creating props, tools or decorative, functional or artistic objects with the benefits being lightweight. The foams are also suited to supportive cavity filling applications where they can provide additional rigidity or structure without significantly adding to the weight.
Mouldlife supplies both rigid/biscuit foams (ProCell RF grades) and soft, flexible foams (ProCell S grades) of differing densities and firmness. Our product line is complemented by our extensive range of additives including pigments and mould release agents.
For making your moulds, Mouldlife’s Polyurethane Systems have been tried and tested over many years with a wide variety of silicone mould-making and composite tooling systems.
