PPI Skin Illustrator Concentrate are refill concentrates to refill your palette when you're low or empty of your most popular colours. Give the bottle a long and mighty shake, pour into the cell that needs refilling, stir and leave overnight ideally, for the alcohol to evaporate.
Concentrates are not the same as the regular LIQUID INKS. Liquids are formulated for airbrush application and not designed for refilling palettes.
