Thick or thin..? Verified Purchase

I have been using this product for over 15 years, and have always had issues with air entrapment. But by de gassing both the poly and the iso before mixing, and again after mixing this issue can be managed. However in the last year or so the viscosity of the poly has varied greatly, sometimes it is thick like a syrup, the next batch pours like water?

The thicker viscosity, greatly affects the degassing, especially after mixing and pouring, leading to one out of every 3/4 castings curing with air entrapped. This stuff is getting too expensive to waste.
