KEY PROPERTIES
• Universal coupling coat for the build-up of moulds and tools with different plastics (EP/PU/PH/VE)
• The gelled surface layer made out of Epoxy, Polyurethane, Polyurea or Polyester resins can be backed up with a choice of Epoxy or Polyurethane systems (e.g. light multi-purpose laminating paste/Mass Casting Option 6). We recommend initial trials regarding interlayer adhesions with the chosen material.
• Excellent layer adhesion and heat resistance up to 120°C
APPLICATIONS
• Coupling coat between gelcoat and backing
• Production of moulds, tools and auxiliaries with different substrates
