We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mouldlife Ltd. If for any reason you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Returns Policy.

Before returning your parcel, please contact the team at with the reasons of your return. We will then send you a returns form by email to pop in your parcel so this is processed in good time. Please send back using recorded delivery at your own cost to the address stated below.  Returns may take 7-10 days to be processed. A 20% restocking fee will be taken off your refund in cases of customer remorse (purchase of incorrect product/change of mind).

Delayed Deliveries

Mouldlife Ltd shall use reasonable endeavours to despatch goods by the date agreed with the customer, but does not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays caused by delivery companies or manufacturer lead times. If a delay is likely, we shall contact the customer and advise of the delay. A customer who is a Consumer shall be entitled to cancel an order when advised of a delay if the revised delivery date is not acceptable

Damaged / Faulty Products / Shortages

In the unfortunate event that an item has been delivered damaged, faulty or incorrectly dispatched please contact by email at or telephone on +44 (0) 1638 750679 stating your order number and the issue with the product. Issues must be reported by the consumer within 14 days of receiving the product. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
